快訊／太平洋島國火山爆發！紐西蘭緊急發布「國家級海嘯警報」戒備

南太平洋島國東加一座海底火山14日噴發，當局15日再發布第二次海嘯警報，紐西蘭國家緊急事務管理局（National Emergency Management Agency）也在當地時間15日晚間8時左右發布國家及海嘯警報，提醒北島北部、東部沿海地區可能出現不尋常的巨浪與海流。

綜合外媒報導，當地民眾表示，當地時間下午5點20分左右發生大爆發，持續了大約有8分鐘，當時島上的民宅窗戶被震得嚇壞。根據推特上流傳的衛星畫面也可看到，火山爆發瞬間，大量火山灰沖向空中。努瓜婁發也出現海水灌進街道的景象，相當怵目驚心。
