太子集團發聲明喊冤　否認犯罪、控媒體報導不實

美國司法部上月起訴「太子集團」董事長陳志，美國財政部同時將陳志及其左右手李添、楊新發，以及帳房陳秀玲等人列入制裁名單。台北地檢署也於日前搜索逮捕集團在台總部及重要核心幹部，並查獲其在和平大苑成立的聯凡等8家空殼公司，凍結相關資金共計逾45億元，更羈押包括操盤手王昱棠等4人。不過太子集團也在官網發聲明，強調集團及董事長陳志並無任何非法行為，近期指控皆毫無根據。

太子集團11日在官網刊登一份由跨國律師代表集團發出的聲明，分別以英文及柬埔寨文撰寫。聲明中，否認集團或陳志有任何非法行為，並稱最近的指控毫無根據，顯然是為了合理化對價值數十億美元資產的非法扣押。然而，這些毫無根據的指控經由媒體報導不斷重複，並與其他未經證實的說法相互傳播，已對成千上萬無辜的員工、合作夥伴及該集團服務的社區造成嚴重損害。

聲明也提及，太子控股集團始終堅守誠信、負責任的投資與區域永續經濟發展。十多年來，集團一貫以透明的方式營運，並遵守所有適用法律，這一點在所有證據呈現後將可清楚證明。我們已聘請由 Boies Schiller Flexner 律師事務所領導的一流法律團隊，深信當事實真相揭曉時，太子控股集團及其主席將完全獲得平反。

Statement on Behalf of the Prince Group

Phnom Penh, Cambodia (November 11, 2025):
The Prince Group categorically rejects the notion that it or its Chairman, Chen Zhi, has engaged in any unlawful activity. The recent allegations are baseless and appear aimed at justifying the unlawful seizure of assets worth billions of dollars. Nonetheless, these unfounded allegations, amplified by media reports repeating these and other unverified claims, have caused undue harm to thousands of innocent employees, partners, and communities who the Group serves.

The Group remains committed to integrity, responsible investment, and sustainable economic growth across the region. For over a decade, the Group has operated transparently and in compliance with all applicable laws, as will be clear when all of the evidence is presented. We have engaged a best-in-class team, led by lawyers from Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, and we are confident that when the facts come out, the Prince Group and its Chairman will be fully exonerated.
